Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Cinn City Beauty gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hair Extensions, Lingerie, and Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopcinncity.com or use our helpful Return Portal. If your return is accepted, we will send the return address, after you purchase the shipping label send us the tracking number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund will be sent via e-gift card upon receiving and after inspecting item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 7 days after receiving the item to start a refund or its final sale.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like hair extensions, clearance, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Cinn City Beauty issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled by Cinn City Beauty
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Fashion Nova will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

All other refunds are given in the form of a e-gift card. 

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately. Cinn City Beauty gift cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

I WANT TO EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in color/size of items
  • Addition or removal of a discount code
  • Order cancellation request after 12 hours
  • Shipping method change 

Should I know anything else about the Online Return Policy?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
